EMPLOYMENT RATE

The employment rate in the Republic of North Macedonia for men is 56.6%, and for women 38.1%

GENDER PAY GAP

Women receive a 12% lower salary than men for a job of the same value.

WORKING LIFE

The average working life of women is 12 years shorter than the working life of men.

HIGH EDUCATION

There were more women than men enrolled and graduated in higher education in 2019.
